For the "Notice of Intended Marriage" form on the internet, you will require a PDF capable program. If you do not already have one, a free Adobe PDF Reader can be obtained from Adobe. Some countries do not require a notice period, Australia requires that couples intending to marry, whether they are Australian Nationals or not, give a month and a day notice and the required "NOIM" Form must be witnessed before the required period.
